Chad has spent the past 19 years developing and implementing proven processes and strategies for clients to improve their retirement programs and he has a long-term track record of successful outcomes. Chad is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and is recognized as a PLANSPONSOR Retirement Professional (PRP) by PLANSPONSOR magazine. Chad has worked with hundreds of employers helping them to implement prudent processes that have reduced their fiduciary liability, reduced their plan expenses, and that have significantly improved the participant outcomes of their plans. Chad is a frequent speaker for employer groups and has given numerous retirement plan workshops to educate employers on the key elements of successful retirement plans. Chad has been recognized and quoted in PLANSPONSOR Magazine for his work with clients and was recently selected as the 2007 Retirement Plan Advisor of the year by PLANSPONSOR Magazine. Chad is President of Moreton Retirement Partners. Chad graduated from Brigham Young University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance with minors in Accounting and Economics. Chad is President of Moreton Retirement Partners. Moreton Retirement Partners is affiliated with Moreton & Company, a full-service employee benefits and insurance firm. Chad and his team work with all types and sizes of retirement plans to provide valuable experience and expertise to plan sponsors. Chad has worked with retirement plan sponsors nationwide and is also a frequent and nationally recognized speaker and presenter to employer and industry groups. Chad’s financial background and technical expertise provide a valuable resource for clients in each of the for-profit, not-for-profit, and public sectors. Chad and his wife Robbi live in Parker, Colorado with their four children where he enjoys biking, hiking, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends. M. Corey Whitehead
Corey Whitehead is a Senior Vice President with Moreton Retirement Partners. Corey has been in the financial industry for eleven years. Since 2001, Corey has specialized in defined contribution and defined benefit plans such as, 401(k), 403(b), 457, 401(a), as well as other qualified and non-qualified plans. He has conducted hundreds of employee workshops ranging in topics from newly eligible employees in employer sponsored plans to employees nearing retirement or already in retirement. Corey has had a major role in helping clients in the following areas:
Corey is a registered representative with LPL Financial and holds a Colorado Life, Health, and Variable Life insurance license. Corey graduated from the University of Kansas in 1996 with a degree in Business and Finance. Corey and his wife Cory live in Parker with their son and daughters and enjoy cycling, golfing, hiking, camping, and most any activity in the great outdoors of Colorado. Corey has been in the Denver area for 28 years. Kirk Welch
Kirk manages the Salt Lake City branch. He has spent the last 11 years working with plan sponsors to help make their plans more successful. Having worked with over 500 corporate retirement plans, Kirk has seen just about everything. He loves the challenge of helping solve both plan level issues, as well as participant educational concerns. During his career he has worked extensively with 401(k)’s, 403(b)’s, Defined Benefit Plans, ESOP’s, and Non-qualified Deferred Compensation arrangements. Kirk has spent many years helping plan sponsors reduce fiduciary liability exposure and helping plan committees meet and exceed their ERISA fiduciary responsibilities. Kirk understands that a successful plan requires much more than picking and choosing the “hot” fund or funds and then hoping for the best. He is committed to helping drive positive outcomes with both plan fiduciaries as well as plan participants through a prudent and proactive process that has been refined over many years. Kirk is bi-lingual (Spanish) and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Accounting. He is a Certified Financial Planner ®, a Chartered Financial Consultant®, a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist®, and a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®. Given the current legislative environment, he believes it is imperative to be an ongoing student of the industry. Kirk has lived in Utah for over 30 years and very much enjoys the lifestyle it affords. Kirk, and his wife Heather, have six children and have lived in South Jordan for the past 6 years. Kirk and Heather are avid runners and have completed multiple marathons and Ragnar Relay races. Kirk also enjoys basketball, golf and soccer. Paul Lamb
Paul Lamb is Vice President of Wealth Management with Moreton Retirement Partners. Paul has been in the financial services industry for over seven years. Since 2003, Paul has specialized in individual wealth management and retirement income planning. He has helped hundreds of families develop, implement and maintain a long-term savings and investment program towards achieving their financial goals and dreams. Paul works together with his clients in the following areas:
Paul is a registered representative (Series 6, 63, and 26) with LPL Financial and an investment advisor representative (Series 65) with Independent Financial Partners. He is registered to conduct securities business in Colorado, Arizona, California, and Utah. Additionally, he is life insurance licensed in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Texas and Hawaii. Prior to his career in financial services he worked as an auditor at accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Paul earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University in 2000 and moved to Denver that same year. Paul and his wife Katherine live in Parker with their son. They enjoy running, camping, attending sporting events and spending time together as a family. Paul is an avid golfer and has a goal to play every golf course in Colorado. To date, he has played 141 different golf courses throughout the world, 67 of which are in Colorado. Kimber DeLoia
Kimber DeLoia is a Financial Consultant with Moreton Retirement Partners. She is dedicated to helping her clients make smart financial and investment decisions as they transition through different life stages. A marathoner and triathlete who has completed five marathons and four triathlons, she applies an athlete’s discipline and determination to her clients’ long-term strategies. She has worked in the financial services industry since 1998. Kimber specializes in individual wealth management and retirement planning. Kimber works together with her clients in the following areas:
Kimber is a registered representative (Series 7) with LPL Financial and an investment advisor representative (Series 66) with Independent Financial Partners. She is also licensed to sell life insurance and long-term care. Prior to joining Moreton Retirement Partners, Kimber spent 3 years at Wells Fargo Advisors and 9 years at RBC Dain Rauscher. Kimber earned her B.A. degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN where she grew up and moved to Denver in 2005. In the community, Kimber supports the Denver Athletic Club and participates in the Mile High Squash program as a coach and volunteer. She is also a member of the Rocky Mountain Active 2030 group. She lives in downtown Denver and spends much of her free time running, snowboarding, and playing squash. Cynthia J. Krulac
Cynthia has over twenty-five years of technical retirement plan experience and is a valuable asset to the Moreton Retirement Partner’s Team. She most recently worked for a local third-party administration firm after spending the prior fifteen years with ING in Denver as a Relationship Manager and Client Service Consultant in the 401(k) Retirement Plan area. Cynthia has been involved in the coordination of retirement plan compliance, document reviews, plan design and consulting, as well as regulatory issues and updates. Prior to moving to the Denver area, Cynthia started her career in the Actuarial Department of Pacific Life in Southern California and later moved into third party retirement plan administration for approximately 6 years where she saw the need for a client liaison and worked with Integrated Financial for the remainder of her 10 years in this capacity. Cynthia has her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the California State University Fullerton and currently holds her Series 6 and 63 securities registrations with LPL Financial. She lives in Elizabeth, Colorado where she is an avid horse enthusiast. Ginny Redmon
Ginny Redmon joined Moreton Retirement Partners in June 2008. She worked with Wells Fargo Bank in Denver for 13 years as a Relationship Manager and Client Service Consultant in the Institutional Trust area, specializing in qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. Prior to moving to Denver, Ginny started her career in the trust arena as an undergraduate student in Texas and spent her first fourteen years in the industry with Texas Commerce Bank, NationsBank and American Bank in Austin, Texas. Ginny received both her bachelor’s degree in mathematics and master’s of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She continues to be a passionate Longhorn, especially with both kids attending her alma mater. Melinda Dransfield
Melinda Dransfield is the Operations and Marketing Manager for Moreton Retirement Partners. Melinda has owned several small businesses and adds valuable experience and knowledge to our team. Melinda enjoys working to provide exceptional service to our valuable customers as well as to our team internally, managing our operations and marketing. Melinda graduated Summa Cum Laude from the business school at Florida State University. She currently holds her Series 6 securities registration with LPL Financial. Melinda and her husband LaMar live in Aurora with their three kids. She enjoys boating, wakeboarding, running, baking, and spending time with family and friends. |
